I used to be a counselor at a travel camp for kids. Every day was a different field trip. It was a enormously fun for a few summers. These pictures were taken on a trip to Madamme Tussaud's Wax Museum in Times Square. I was so funny!
Here I am with Christopher Reeve. At the time he was still alive, so it didn't seem that bad.
Here I am with Israeli prime minister Golda Meir. At the time, she was dead.
I'm not sure exactly what year this is, but my Dave Matthews Band t-shirt makes me think ~2002. I still wear Tevas, though.
For the record, everybody at Madamme Tussaud's takes at least one picture of them self groping a celebrity. Or maybe that's only if you go with a bunch of kids.

I went digital cable spelunking the other day and stumbled upon Rise, the Christian channel. They were showing Thou Shalt Laugh, a sort of Christian Kings of Comedy hosted by Everybody Loves Raymond's Patricia Heaton.
Thou Shalt Laugh has few surprises. One is a ventriloquist. The other is a genuine laugh from comedian Jeff Allen.

"Trust me, I believe teenagers are god's revenge on mankind. It's as if god looked down and said 'Hey, let's see how they like it when they create someone in their own image who denies their existence."Not bad! You can hear that joke, see the ventriloquist, and sample all the other acts at the Thou Shalt Laugh website.

I don't often talk about my picture captions here, but I think this might be the best one I've done in months.

Two things on CollegeHumor I'm really excited about today -
1. I started writing a new column - "A Winner Is You". Basically, I lifted the format from Amir & Ethan's hilarious "Straight Cash, Homey!" column and made it about video games instead.
2. We've been working on this one for a while - the Lost theme song. Scott wrote the song, Streeter and I found the footage, and Dan Gurewich edited it all together. It was more work than we expected, but I couldn't be happier with the final product.
